PLEASE NOTE:

Goods will be accepted for return only if they are sent back within 10 days of delivery, unless we have informed you otherwise.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your safety and assurance, we strongly recommend sending the parcel through a delivery service that provides insurance and tracking for the value of the goods.

Please note that we will only exchange an item if it is found to be faulty, and this will be confirmed after a complete inspection of the returned product.
